We host clinical practice for several health practitioners and manage some of the correspondence with you. Our databases only hold normal contact data and transactional history necessary to contact you and maintain commercial records. Clinical case histories are either stored as hardcopy, scanned onto local computers (not available online) or inside secure software controlled by the practitioner themselves. Please consult your practitioner if you are concerned about how they store case history information or scan results.
Our services are not directly addressed to persons under the age of 18. In cases where a practitioner in our centre offers services to a person under 18, the data stored on our database is limited to the name of the child and relationship to the parents who are considered our client, in case of product purchases, or the practitioner’s client, in the case of consultation
We use data to respond to customer enquiries and to provide other customer care and support services. This processing is necessary for the performance of the agreement we have with you, as well as to serve our legitimate interest.
